Biography

You've Come to the Right Place.

Andrew Jeacoma is a criminal defense attorney who believes every client deserves a vigorous, personalized defense — regardless of the charges they face. He built his career in the courtrooms of Palm Beach County, and today he brings that hard-won experience to private practice at Jeacoma Law, P.A.

Andrew began his legal career at the Office of the Public Defender, 15th Judicial Circuit, where he was entrusted with defending clients across the full spectrum of criminal charges — from misdemeanors to serious felonies. He went to trial, earned verdicts, and learned the Palm Beach County court system from the inside out.

After his time as a public defender, Andrew joined The Law Offices of Robert David Malove, one of Florida’s respected criminal defense firms, where he continued to develop his skills in private criminal defense and high-stakes litigation.

"This isn't just about your case — it's about your life after it. Every decision I make is with your future in mind."
— Andrew Jeacoma, Criminal Defense Attorney

Courtroom Experience That Matters

Andrew has defended cases to jury verdict across a wide range of charges — from misdemeanors like DUI and battery to serious felonies including burglary of an occupied dwelling, drug trafficking, and attempted first-degree murder with a firearm.

His experience extends well beyond trials. Andrew handles pretrial motions, violation-of-probation proceedings, and sentencing hearings — focusing on thorough preparation, strategic advocacy, and mitigation at every stage. He understands that winning isn’t always about a not guilty verdict — sometimes it’s about minimizing consequences, avoiding prison, or preserving a client’s record and career.
