About Andrew
I am a trial attorney who defends the rights of the accused. Early in my career, I learned that a case’s outcome depends on whether someone is willing to fight for it, and I bring that fight to the State in every case.
First as an assistant public defender in Palm Beach County and now in private practice, I have defended more than 500 criminal cases at every stage, from first appearance through sentencing. I have conducted more than 100 depositions of deputies and witnesses, and I have tried cases to jury verdict, ranging from misdemeanors such as DUI and battery to serious felonies, including burglary of an occupied dwelling and attempted first-degree murder with a firearm.
I know these courthouses and how cases move through them. I know the prosecutors’ playbook because I have faced it hundreds of times. I also know the people who sit in my office are not numbers; they are neighbors.
As a New York transplant, I grew up in South Florida. I earned my undergraduate degree at UCF, then attended William & Mary Law School before returning to Florida. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf.

Why I Do This Work
Everyone is entitled to the protections of the Constitution, no matter who they are or what they are accused of. Evidence obtained from an unlawful search cannot be used against you; every adverse witness must face cross-examination; and a jury cannot convict unless the State proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
I founded Jeacoma Law to enforce those protections. I do not accept the State’s case at face value. I scrutinize every piece of evidence, identify and exploit the weaknesses, and prepare each case for trial. If the State wants a conviction, it has to go through me.
