I will be the first to admit that I made mistakes when I was young, what you don't realize is that those mistakes will follow and hunt you through your entire life. I couldn't have fixed these problems on my own. The weight and fear that was lifted of my shoulders is indescribable. I strongly recommend utilizing this office for your defense attorney needs. I was in an unfortunate incident in an airport which was many miles away from my home. They were able to get the situation handled in my favor without me stepping a foot on a plane or in a court room. They were very good with updating me on the case and what needed to be completed next. They were very good at providing and receiving documents electronically which was extremely convenient. Andrew Jacoma was my primary attorney which he was wonderful, walking me through the process and putting my mind at ease. He was very sure about the outcome which he followed through with results.

It has been a pleasure to work with Andrew Jeacoma he goes above and beyond to make sure I'm aware of everything that's going on. I'm not too familiar with legal terms and he understands that and takes the time to explain everything to me. Through aggressive depositions, investigation, and negotiation, the state agreed to withhold adjudication on the aggravated stalking, reduce the robbery to third-degree felony robbery by sudden snatching with withhold of adjudication and probation, and adjudicate guilty only on the misdemeanor battery. The client resolved the case without becoming a convicted felon.

After a full jury trial, the client was found not guilty of burglary and convicted of a lesser included offense on the attempted murder charge, successfully avoiding a mandatory life sentence.
Battery by Strangulation (3rd Degree Felony) and Resisting Without Violence (1st Degree Misdemeanor):
